SECRETOS
Within the framework of the Aleph Festival, the Biopotentials Lab was conducted—an arena for research and production in living arts, biosignals, and non-human intelligences, from which this performance stems.
Two women share a secret before them and the audience, all while wearing biosensors that record their cardiac responses. These biosensors not only capture their emotions but also generate the light illuminating them and the sound on stage, as well as the images projected in the background. As they express themselves, two dancers bring them together in space, dancing the sound emanating from the heart of the person divulging the secret.
With this proposition, we aim to amplify those discomforting spaces, employing these digital and technological sensory entities to symbolize the cardiac responses of our artists through light and sound, uniting us and allowing us to experience collectively.
